Profile

Accounting and reporting for ancillary businesses

Performing monthly reconciliations, maintaining the firm's fixed assets and other financial analysis projects as needed

Candidates must demonstrate excellence in accounting and budgeting

Approve vendor checks, ACH payments, and e-checks

Serve as authorized check signer, reviewing checks for proprietary of account distribution, proper approval, etc. for both daily and weekly accounts payable transactions

Randomly audits workflow to ensure that all accounts payable transactional are appropriately authorized

Assists in the mothy end closing process, which includes providing supporting information and data

Reviews and approves attorney client development reimbursement requests

Compiles and interprets financial data in the preparation of survey participation

Responds to internal inquiries concerning financial data and reporting

Serves as a resources to other administrative departments

The ideal candidate has minimum 3-5 years of experience

Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred. Advanced excel skills necessary.
