Provide monthly and quarterly work for multiple clients in various industries

Bank Reconciliation

Posting to General Ledger

Preparing Journal Entries

Preparing Payroll monthly, quarterly, and annual returns

Preparing Sales Tax returns

Preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements

Job Requirements

2 years of bookkeeping experience

Knowledge of Peachtree Accounting Software, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite Software (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.), and Creative Solutions Accounting Software is a plus

Time management and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Sense of urgency and attention to detail

Public accounting experience is a plus

Work will be reviewed by CPA

Compensation negotiable based on qualifications
