Looking for a highly qualified tax attorney with an interest in becoming a key member of a sophisticated tax team.  The ideal candidate will have at least four (4) years of tax experience representing clients – corporations, partnerships, non-profit organizations, and individuals – on a broad range of matters and transactions, including forming and advising partnerships, LLCs and other joint ventures; mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures; real estate, real estate fund formation and real estate investment trusts; and creating and advising tax exempt entities.  Further familiarity and experience with any of the following would be a plus: health care organizations, tax credit transactions, executive compensation/409A, and international taxation.

This position can be filled in our Boston, Providence or Hartford offices. Candidates must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the bar.  LL.M. is preferred.  Associates, counsel and partner candidates are encouraged to apply.
