Responsibilities:
Assist with billing process, process invoices, and credit memos
Assist with account statements, reconciliations, and A/R collections
Prepare required government reporting forms
Provide support to the finance team in month-end closing activities
Prepare and input journal entries and account reconciliations
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint & Excel)
Minimum 3 to 5 years of related experience
