Frandsen Financial Corporation is seeking an Accounts Payable Processor to support the Accounting and Finance departments at our corporate office in Arden Hills, Minnesota.

The position completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices. It requires strong ability to provide support for various tasks including the review of invoices for approval and general ledger coding prior to payment, data entry of accounts payable invoices and processes AP checks and ACH entries, index all paid AP invoices. Acts as liaison between Corporate Accounting and branch AP contacts on invoice and vendor related questions.

The successful candidate will have the demonstrated ability to perform duties in the areas of accounts payable, processing employee expense reports and vendor invoices. Preferred candidates will also have experience working in the Microsoft Office suite of software with a strong base of knowledge in Microsoft Excel.

Preferred candidates will have a minimum of two years related experience in bank accounting with demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills and attention to details. Knowledge of federal and state financial and banking regulations. Ability to analyze and interpret basic financial data along with efficient time management is required.
