Geek Squad
The Operations Administrator is responsible for implementing the attendance policy for all of Geek Squad City in addition to supporting procurement, inventory and distribution of supplies. They will act as the liaison between Geek Squad City and contingent employees and be responsible for the accounts payable process for multiple vendors.

Key accountabilities:
Implement attendance policy and report attendance violations to leadership
Research and resolve payroll questions/mistakes/errors, including the issuing of manual checks
Verify and submit timesheets on a weekly basis
Responsible for uniform orders, inventory and distribution
Ensure all departments stay within procurement budget.
Act as liaison between Geek Squad City and contingent employees on requisitions and attendance reporting
Code and process accounts payable for multiple vendors
Research core and part invoices and process for payment for multiple vendors
Process all Apple out of warranty invoicing through proprietary inventory systems
Daily, weekly and monthly financial reporting
Basic Qualifications
6 months prior experience in accounts payable, parts management or related field
6 months prior experience with time and attendance software
Ability to multitask and strong attention to detail
Able to stand/sit for long periods of time
Able to work in a fast pace environment
Ability to communicate with multiple levels of leadership and outside vendors
Preferred Qualifications
6 months prior experience using proprietary inventory systems or other related systems
Able to carry/lift/push/pull weight up to 25lbs with or without accommodations
