Profile

SUMMARY: This position is responsible for entering cattle purchases into the Tyson system. This includes head counts, live & net weight and pricing method. Reconcile lots at end of day, and audit producer payments. Ensure USDA government reporting is timely and accurate. Track live and joint venture inventory. Must have strong attention to detail. Work involves occasional non-routine assignments. Includes organizing work and selecting appropriate methods to complete tasks. All Tyson Team Members are responsible for safety. This includes but is not limited to personal safety and food safety.REQUIREMENTS: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Previous office experience preferred . Computer Skills: Basic computer skills including using Excel and a Tyson Business Computer System, an understanding of the system features and how to use these features. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills. Special Skills: Good attendance and safety record; ability to complete Tyson paperwork; ability to work with little supervision; detail oriented.
