TITLE:                        Financial Analyst 

LOCATION:                  Remote

REPORTS TO:             Manager, FP&A

GENERAL SUMMARY:

This position will support the Wholesale & FP&A business with analysis and reporting of financial results. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

•    Assist Sr Financial Analysts with weekly P&L projections and all related driver-based analysis for Sales through Operating Income.  Detailed projections will include:

o    Sales Builds and all related analysis

o    All components of Gross Profit including Cost of Goods Sold and Sales Returns and Allowances

o    Direct expenses by account and cost center

•    Assist with preparation of monthly Business Review and other standard reporting

•    Facilitate Annual Budget and Long-Range Planning processes and all related reporting

•    Partner with Accounting to investigate month/quarter/year-end variance analysis and financial reporting

•    Perform ad hoc analysis as required 

REQUIRED SKILLS

•    High degree of accounting and analysis skills

•    Must be proficient in Excel 

•    Detail Oriented 

•    Organizational and deadline-management skills

•    Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

•    Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills 

 

Qualifications 

Education:

•    Undergraduate Degree in Accounting or Finance required

 

EXPERIENCE

•    1+ years experience in Financial Planning or Accounting preferred
