Completes daily heavy street and flightline sweeping in and around sensitive aircraft and FOD critical areas using truck mounted large sweepers. Performs minor repair and servicing of various types of plant machinery. Maintains, services, adjusts, and repairs irrigation lines. Performs and supports heavy custodial tasks including floor care. Operates groundskeeping equipment including mowers, edgers, and tractors. Performs pest mitigation and control efforts. Participates in weed, snow, and debris removal as needed. Collects, processes, and compacts various refuse and waste streams including general landfill and recycling. Works in various weather conditions for extended periods of time. Follows all safety guidelines and uses required personal protective equipment. Works from heights up to 125 feet. Performs blood borne pathogen responses and clean-up.
