The main objective of the Manager is to support the Partner Markets Region, the Finance Director and the Partner Markets Director(s) in financial aspects including budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, opex management and management reporting. The Manager will work closely with key stakeholders including the Partner Market Director to provide strategic guidance and modelling and analysis to enable decision making and liaise directly with Local Representatives (LR) in Market. Travel will be required to engage with LRs.

Main responsibilities :

Financial planning and analysis

Drive and lead planning, budgeting and forecasting processes (Budget, Projections, R&O, Strat Plan)

Track progress towards achieving goals by analyzing performance and business trends, work with business to anticipate and mitigate risks and realize growth opportunities

Provide Account Directors with reporting and analytical tools necessary to support operational and strategic decisions in contract negotiations with Partners, business cases and tenders

Business planning

Develop, improve and implement financial and administrative processes

Work on close collaboration with the Finance department of LRs: determination of transfer prices, prices reconciliations, payments follow-up, tender process management.

Responsible to collaborate with the Account Directors, on ad-hoc projects for the regions, supporting on business strategy, management presentation and implementation when necessary.

Be part of the Partner Business Review, in collaboration with Account Directors to understand, challenge and progress the business

Other finance operations

Ensure the Region's activities are correctly reflected in accounting records in accordance with BMS policies and procedures and working with Shared Service Center to ensure complete, accurate and documented accounting for Sales and opex for month/quarter-end close

Ensure the Sales Forecasts can be delivered/make the follow-up with Supply Chain and Customer Service Department

Ensure Financial Compliance in the Territory

Skills/Knowledge Required:

Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Global mindset, experience and cultural awareness

Strong business orientation and demonstrated ability to easily work and collaborate across the organization

Strong written & verbal communication and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.

Demonstrated ability to manage several large complex projects simultaneously

Comfortable working in a fast paced organization

Proficiency with MS Office tools with excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.

High level user of business reporting tools (e.g. Hyperion and SAP).

Strong business acumen

Requirements:

Finance degree in Business Administration or Finance/Accounting

5 - 7 years general Accounting/Business Finance experience, and experience in Finance and Administration preferably in a multinational environment.
