Ward and Smith, P.A. seeks an entry-level/junior Tax Attorney for the Firm's Raleigh office. Ideal candidates will have a demonstrated interest in a tax and employee benefits practice and/or have 1 years of experience in a wide range of matters related to tax planning and controversy and establishing, maintaining, and advising on retirement plans for employers and nonprofits. An LL.M. in taxation is preferred, but not required. The individual hired should have strong communication skills, be a team player, and have a high level of analytical skills. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the NC Bar.
