The Associate Director, Global Supply Chain will be responsible for supporting all aspects of financial planning & analysis for the Global Supply Chain organization. Individual will be a key partner to the Global Supply Chain leadership and their teams to provide strategic and tactical financial support, providing insights and advising on investment decisions and financial impacts. The role serves as a key leader in the ongoing integration initiatives.

Responsibilities

Serve as business advisor and provide financial support to Global Supply Chain organization.

Collaborate with business partners to prepare, analyze and present financial projections and budget.

Provide key support of ongoing integration & harmonization efforts across Global Supply Chain.

Manage monthly/quarterly closing requirements, includes preparation of journal entries, analyzing results, developing commentary and key messages, and preparing monthly financial reports for Global Supply Chain

Partners with Director, Global Supply Chain Finance on Finance Go Team strategy with focus on driving high value business support. Serving as a key liaison between GPS Finance & iPS organization.

Support value capture initiatives, including financial tracking and reporting

Manage special projects, ad-hoc analysis to ensure highly effective outcomes serve as business advisor and provide financial support to Global Supply Chain organization.

Actively manage risks & opportunities, advising on areas of cost control and incremental investment.

Support business case development for key strategic investments.

Collaborate across the matrix organization with: Internal and External Manufacturing, Procurement, GPS HQ, Tax, Business & Finance Services, and Technical Accounting.

Maintain internal control environment to the highest standards of compliance and integrity

Ensure compliance with all BMS policies and guidelines for business performance and reporting

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance required, MBA/CPA preferred

8-14 years of relevant experience in finance roles and experience managing matrix organizations

Must be a self-starter (highly proactive), problem solver, highly motivated, and have ability to make decisions independently

Have ability to manage multiple tasks, be well organized, and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding expectations

Highly adept in financial analysis, modeling, and managing processes (Budget, P&L)

High level of proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

Experience with SAP/BI/BEX is highly preferred and experience with TM1is desirable

High level of oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to be both clear and concise

Experience to interact with internal stakeholders at different management levels in the Corporation

Ability to develop strong working relationships with internal finance colleagues
