Location:For Those Who Work At Home - Various, Ohio 44145 Position Description Overview This role is part of the Pricing and Portfolio Management team and will be responsible for owning sales-oriented, billing and analytical projects and processes to optimize portfolio and pricing strategies and financial outcomes across our Key Merchant Services products. The successful candidate will have the mental agility to seamlessly move between individual analytical activities and collaborative project management. Candidates should be comfortable navigating, partnering, and communicating for action in a large organization and across many different stakeholders The analyst will assist and support Key Merchant Services: Portfolio management, pricing, billing, invoice reconciliation, incentive compensation processes and data analytic needs. Related work will include to provide analytics support including benchmarking, structures, modeling, ad-hoc analysis. The analyst will also support the development of processes, tools, reporting and analytical insight to improve cost optimization, pricing, customer billing, invoice reconciliation, incentive compensation, campaigns, etc. processes, efficiency, and effectiveness. Decisions have considerable impact on the bottom line of the business unit. Expected for the analyst to have frequent contact with internal customers. Performs duties under limited supervision, applying a broad knowledge of principles, practices and procedures within Payments and Merchant Services analytics Job Responsibilities Support Portfolio Mgmt. leadership, Product owners, Sales leaders, and Account Managers Extract insights and develops complex analysis supporting Key Merchant Services Develop comprehensive Profitability models Support cost or deal optimization to improve KMS probability & financial results Maintains and develop models to support Sales Incentive Compensation Leads sales incentive compensation ad-hoc analysis Support pricing and revenue management including product pricing, portfolio segmentation and pricing actions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from a four-year College or University Minimum of 2 years in busines, financial, payments, or other similar analysis Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a timely manner and ability to work effectively under pressure Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills are a must Preferred Qualifications Computer literacy with proficiency in SQL, PowerPivot, Tableau, Microsoft Office products and financial spreadsheets Previous experience with merchant services, acquiring, interchange or payments a strong plus Key has implemented a role-based Mobile by Design approach to our employee workspaces, dedicating space to those whose roles require specific workspaces, while providing flexible options for roles which are less dependent on assigned workspaces and can be performed effectively in a mobile environment. As a result, this role may be mobile or home based, which means you may work either at a home office or in a Key facility to perform your job duties. This position is NOT eligible for employment visa sponsorship for non-U.S. citizens COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSThis position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $60,000.00to $80,000.00 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
