Aon is looking for an Accounting Manager - Farmington, US Voluntary Benefits Your impact as a Accounting Manager Job Responsibilities:Manage, support and execute month end close activities - review and approve journals in WD during the month to ensure all manual JE's are supported. This task is key since this is a fundamental step to be able to close the books for Farmington.Ensure all account reconciliations are completed every month end close and in accordance to our Corporate policy. Through Q4 we have completed a prereview of their legacy reconciliations and concluded on many areas of improvement that are needed to ensure the quality of the reconciliations align's to Aon's model. This resource will be responsible for that alignment as well on the communication of any specific purchase accounting adjustments that result from the review.Establish large contract reviews for all Farmington revenue to ensure revenue is recorded in accordance with our Revenue Recognition policy.Lead  internal and external audits. Specifically for external audits, lead and execute the statutory audits for the TPA in accordance with each state's timeframe.Ensure all sub-system G/L feeds complete successfully and all journals are reviewed and processed within the proscribed close timetable.
