\u003cli\u003eExcellent computer skills with intermediate-level knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office including Word and Excel. Experience with cloud-based services such as Microsoft Office 365 including OneDrive and SharePoint is a plus.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eExcellent customer service skills with at least five to seven (5-7) years\u0026rsquo; experience of customer telephone support.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAt least 2 years\u0026rsquo; experience with technology equipment procurement and asset management.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eKnowledge of basic accounting practices as they relate to invoice/payment processing and cost allocation.\u003c/li\u003e

\u003cli\u003eResponsible for the procurement of technology computing equipment and software including cellular communications equipment. Negotiates the best price and service from vendors and ensures compliance with negotiated terms.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eResponsible for managing cellular service plans including activation, deactivation, and renewals as well as service utilization monitoring and reporting.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eResponsible for technology equipment receiving and asset tracking and reporting.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eResponsible for invoice processing working closely with Accounts Payable to ensure timely payment of purchase orders, service contracts, and contract renewals.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eTriages calls regarding telephony and computer hardware and software and routes to appropriate internal IT resources.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eMonitors and manages assigned problem tickets and service requests and responds promptly and accurately to customer requests.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eEnsure that problems are prioritized and addressed in a timely manner and status is communicated to affected users and the Support Services\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAble to work with minimal supervision to effectively prioritize and complete assignments and support\u003c/li\u003e
