This role leads the Finance Process Center of Excellence supporting the Americas Electrical Operations Center/Americas Service Centers within Aerospace Integrated Supply Chain. The Finance Process COE provides analysis support for the Finance Processes at fourstandalone R&O plants, three embedded R&O plants, virtual exchange pool.The successful candidate will work extensively with the AMOC/AMSC/AESC Finance leadership team to drive breakthrough improvements in operational (factory performance, cost productivity, and working capital) and financial performance (forecast/close processes, forecast/reporting accuracy, financial controls). This role reports directly to the ISC VP of Finance.
Integral member of Americas ISC Finance Leadership teams setting vision, goals and objectives.
Lead AOP / Forecast cycles within the Americas Mechanical OEM and Service Center sites and perform variance analysis of financial results for monthly, quarterly and annual plan/forecast/prior year.
Develop Consistent processes / toolset supporting all Mechanical / Service Center sites

You Must Have:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business related discipline
Ten plus years of experience; combination of accounting and/or financial analysis roles
ISC and factory operations experience
Success in managing through influence and persuasion in a highly matrixed structure
Ability to identify root cause and corrective actions and drive improvements.
Strong analytical, problem solving, decision making and organization skills.
Strong verbal and written communications skills, able to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial people.
Bias for action, results oriented.
Strong leadership capabilities and skills including coaching, assessment, motivation, training and empowerment; Proven ability to influence and lead large, diverse teams
