Overview
Enterprise Information Services, LLC (EIS), a Cognosante Company, as the Managing Member of the ITES Solutions, LLC Joint Venture, is seeking a highly motivated Lead Network Engineer to support all activities for our potential Command, Control, and Infrastructure Operations (C2IO) program for the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) headquartered out of Fort Belvoir, VA. Responsibilities
The Lead Network Engineer will provide technical and programmatic direction to a team of Network Engineers in support of the INSCOM networks ensuring the stable operations and efficient performance of the networks.

Plans, designs, and evaluates new and existing computer network systems and services, including NIPRnet, SIPRnet, and JWICS providing analytical, technical, and administrative support.
Plans, oversees, develops, and implements network policies and procedures and ensures network integrity as maintenance and modification projects to existing applications are undertaken.
Provides consulting and recommendations to managers, supervisors, and the workforce on the implementation of quality and process improvement initiatives.
Develops and facilitates discovery sessions, planning meetings, training sessions, and facilitates process improvement meetings.
Proposes, tailors, and develops quality/process re- engineering improvement efforts (to include the applicable documentation) to provide operational improvement.
Conducts benchmarking, activity modeling, and surveys.
Gathers, analyzes, and quantifies performance data and measurements. Able to gather data and work with technical subject matter experts. 

Qualifications
Clearance and Certifications  

Active DoD TS clearance with eligibility for SCI with Special Background Investigation and be able to attain SI, TK, G, and HCS access

Preferred certifications:

DAWIA Level II Program Management

Additional Qualifications

Associate's Degree in comparable field of study with 6 years' Experience in a related field; or Bachelor\u2019s Degree in comparable field of study with 4 years\u2019 Experience in a related field; or Master\u2019s Degree in comparable field of study with 2 Years\u2019 Experience in a related field
Able to travel 50% of time
