Responsibilities: • Manage the following York, PA functional areas: Accounts Payable, Central Billing, Accounts Receivable, Cash Application and Credit & Collections • Lead local accounting team by hiring, training, motivating, planning and directing work, & providing performance feedback • Responsible for the system of internal controls to safeguard the assets of the Company and risk management related to financial exposure • Drive consistency and standardization of Finance policies & procedures by teaming with other regional finance teams • Responsible for cash management and lead liaison with North America Corporate Treasury • Drive improvements in key financial transactional metrics with business process improvement initiatives • Responsible for working with the IT group regarding the Company’s financial systems (hardware, software and documentation) and strategy for future growth, performance, connectivity and security requirements • Liaison with North America Purchasing regarding PO processing and supplier contracts • Responsible for processing & tracking capital appropriation requests • Manage Sales & Use Tax reporting and filings • Assist with annual internal and external audit compliance • Team lead on coordinating acquisition integration ','!*!• Certified Public Accountant and Degree in Accounting or Finance, M. B. A. a plus • 6 to 8 plus years accounting experience (Public and/or Industry) in progressively responsible finance roles with supervisory experience • Working in a services industry environment preferably with a company that has revenues in excess of $100 million • Excellent leadership qualities with ability to motivate, delegate and inspire confidence in personnel • An agent of change with the ability to lead process improvement initiatives • Strong accounting technical skills and internal controls compliance • Clear and concise communications skills • Must have a good grasp of ERP information systems, Sage, Lawson and Cognos experience a plus • Ability to travel 5-10%
