Role Value Proposition:
This position works closely with their Service partners to manage posting and reconciliation efforts for large complex Specialty Market relationships.
Advanced level subject matter expert, subject to minimal supervision.
Handles extremely complex and/or high dollar amount transactions posting and reconciliation activities.
Researches and resolves complex reconciliation, banking, billing, collection, or payment methodology problems.
Serves as a point of contact for escalated case reconciliation inquiries.
Completes special projects as assigned.
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
5 years of business experience with 3-4 years of related work experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel; VLOOKUP, Pivot table
Customer Service or Account Management experience
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multi-task and handle high volumes of work in a fast-paced environment.
High School Diploma
Working knowledge of GroupFacts
Excellent organizational skills
Microsoft Office suite proficient
