Deloitte Tax Clients & Markets (C&M) is looking for a well-organized and detail-oriented individual to support our marketplace strategy.

Work you'll do:

As a Paraprofessional on the Tax C&M team, you will assist with market-facing activities, working with teams in both the US and India, that drive the Deloitte Tax strategy and service offerings in the marketplace. Job responsibilities will include the following:

Assists in the compilation, organization, and formatting of leadership presentation materials (typically within Microsoft PowerPoint)

Works within Microsoft Excel to compile and track marketplace initiatives

Coordination of calendars and meetings

Draft marketplace communications, tools, and materials

Teams with Project Leads on assignments to deliver strategic initiatives aligned with the Deloitte Tax C&M priorities

Regularly perform a broad range of confidential administrative activities including revenue reporting, firm growth, etc., requiring a high level of discretion

The Team:

Deloitte Tax LLP, Tax Clients & Markets (C&M) focuses on driving the growth of Deloitte Tax in the marketplace and is responsible for both marketplace strategy and execution across the U.S. This will include identifying, understanding and communicating the emerging needs of each tax market segment, the trends that lead to marketplace opportunities and marketplace offerings. This team also supports Deloitte Tax practitioners with tools, technology, analysis and information as they deliver differentiated value to our Clients.

Qualifications:

Required:

3 years of relevant experience in a professional services organization

Associates Degree

Experience with project management

Prior experience with the Deloitte US Firms

Travel up to 25% (While up to 25% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)

Ability to work overtime of up to 25% or as required

Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred:

Strong analytical and communication skills

Detail oriented, organized and exercises good judgment

Ability to interact with all levels within a complex organization
