As a leader in the aerospace industry, we have a number of exciting positions available right now, including a Quality Internal Auditor in our Brazonics Inc business located in Hampton, NH.

JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Manager of Quality, the Quality Internal Auditor will be responsible for performing internal AS9100 and Nadcap audits, and assist with external audits.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform internal AS9100 and Nadcap audits and assist with external audits.

Follow up on internal audits NCR’s until closed.

Assist employees answering NCR’s and quality clinic corrective actions.

Follow up on opportunities for improvement identified during the internal audits.

Perform random/informal audits to verify employee’s quality policy, objectives, objectives status, and ethics of business conduct awareness and provide report of findings to quality manager.

Support quality compliance and continuous improvement.

Assist in maintaining the Quality Management System documentation (Internal procedures, quality manual, etc.)

Support training duties:

Manage training database (i.e training assignments, training updates, notification to supervisors of overdue trainings, etc.)

Performs other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

High School education or equivalent.

Up to 1 year of administrative experience.

Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a manufacturing environment.

Must be detailed oriented, well organized, self-motivated and must be able to work in a fast paced and changing environment.

Must be process oriented and team player.

Must be able to read, write and communicate fluently in English.

Demonstrate work integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment.

Ability to analyze data for accuracy and interpret results.

Must be proficient in office, and use of computers.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in aerospace industry.

Understanding of AS9100 Quality standards and Nadcap requirements.

Experience with internal and/or external auditing.

Well organized with solid judgment; able to multitask and adjust to changing priorities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders including Senior Leadership.
