We are looking for a IS Value Stream Leader (Business Relationship Manager) at our 100% employee-owned manufacturing company. What will you do?
In this role, you will manage a team to establish and standardize business processes across the Finance/HR Corporate IS Value Stream. You’ll provide guidance (technology and process), training, and daily support to business operations, working within the Finance and HR organization. Utilize and continuously improve established corporate business process framework and project management methodology.
Additional responsibilities include:
Builds and maintains strong relationships with business partners and acts as a liaison between IS and the business stakeholders.
Maintains up-to-date awareness of the current and future directions of the industry and associated technologies, and, where appropriate, makes recommendations for implementation of new / upgraded systems and technologies within the framework that has been established.
Support the IS Leadership team across all corporate Value Streams – Corporate / Sales and Marketing / Operations / Supply Chain
Analyze, define, and develop solutions across values streams, driving continuous improvements to streamline such business processes to achieve operational excellence in a team environment cross-functionally (Business and Technical).
Act as custodian of business architecture standards and documentation.
Provide support and guidance in resolving production issues.
Drive large to enterprise scale complex projects or serves as a team member across any aspect of business process utilizing Agile and Water Fall methodologies.
Oversee enterprise business process management, program selection, application, testing, deployment, training and optimization to build and improve Hypertherm’s operational agility, sustainability, efficiency and profitability.
What do you need?
BS degree in business or technology and 5 year’s related experience. MS or MBA preferred.
5 years of expertise in business processes and application modules across multiple value streams.
Experienced in leading large enterprise projects.
Experienced in developing and execution of user training and application testing strategy.
