\u003cp\u003eThe primary responsibility of the Corporate Accounting Senior Manager is to ensure that corporate transactions and consolidations are properly reflected in the company\u0026rsquo;s general ledger on a timely basis in accordance with GAAP. The Corporate Accounting Senior Manager also ensures that SOX controls and reporting requirements placed on a public company are properly executed. This role is specific to the Inventory and Fixed Asset team, and will be responsible for Inventory, Leases, and Fixed Asset accounting.\u003c/p\u003e
\u003ch4\u003ePosition Responsibilities:\u003c/h4\u003e
\u003cli\u003eResponsible for facilitating month end close, to include preparation of monthly close calendars and communication to all business partners on relevant close milestones and timelines\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003ePrepare and/or review financial statements for internal publication monthly and for the quarterly and annual external 10-Q and 10-K filings\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eResponsible for supporting the divisions and corporate center owners during the close process\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eResponsible for the review of monthly allocations\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eResponsible for the accounting and reporting related to Benefits\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eResponsible for the monthly review of financial results and variance analysis as compared to plan, last year, year-end and prior quarter and resolution of all outstanding issues\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eResponsible for the review of Balance Sheet consolidations, including adjusting and re-classifying entries\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eResponsible for development and maintenance of account analysis/reconciliation process; Ensures that all account analysis/reconciliation procedures comply with GAAP\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eResponsible for the coordination of Quarterly reviews, Interim and Year-end audit test work conducted by our external auditors\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eResponsible for developing all accounting procedures for new processes to include accounts and cost centers and to ensure adequate reporting and that controls are consistent with corporate guidelines and GAAP; Once process is final, responsible to communicate to appropriate users and Business Partners\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eResponsible for any ad-hoc analysis requests from client groups in finance and other functional areas\u003c/li\u003e
