RESPONSIBILITIES
As a direct report to the Chief Financial Officer this position is responsible for all Project Control activities for the Corporation. The position has 4 direct reports who support our Operating Divisions; North American Operations, International Operations, National Security Operations and Global Support & Training Operations. This position works closely with the 4 Project Control Leads for the Divisions to establish project control policies & procedures, monitoring program performance across the Enterprise, consolidation & reporting of metrics (Sales, Contribution Margin, DSO, Indirect Rates, etc), variance analysis, revenue recognition, upside/downside analysis, risk and opportunity analysis, annual budgeting & indirect rate development, monthly/quarterly forecasting and cash management. This position partners closely with Accounting, Compliance, Tax, Treasury and Pricing to ensure efficiencies across the financial functions.
Direct the preparation of ETCs & EACs
Leads the consolidation of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for the Divisions and associated Business Units, supports strategy and Corporate Development as needed
Directs the Team with preparation and review of the Annual Budgets, and Quarterly Forecasts
Leads unbilled reviews monthly, driving/assisting in problem resolution, for the Enterprise
Partners with Accounting on the Monthly close process, including accruals
Maintains ownership of the Monthly Operations Review process
Reviews pricing strategy to maximize P-Win and to enhance program profitability and cash flow on key recompetes and new business
Monitors corporate indirect rate performance in conjunction with the Divisions
Design, implement and direct multiple complex projects, setting and meeting deadlines and ensuring program accountability
Creates Corporate Training program and career road-mapping, trains and mentors Division Project Control leaders as necessary
Acts as the interface to other functional leadership on problem resolution
Acts as the Corporate lead for policy and process implementation and monitoring
Supports the organization with all required corporate reporting
Support Investor Relations as needed
Supports M&A activity as needed
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree (MBA/) in Accounting, Finance or related discipline, plus 12 years of related experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in leading a team of > 10 full time employees
Experience with organizations with annual sales >$500M
Ability to work effectively with short turnaround job tasking and time constraints
Deltek Costpoint experience, Cognos and TM1 experience desired
Understanding the creation, application and allocation of indirect rates
Strong MS Office experience (specifically Excel)
History of working in a fast pace and complex organization structure
History with pricing proposals
Interacts and communicates, both oral and written, with individuals/teams at all levels of the organization

WORKING CONDITIONS
Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, however some extended or weekend hours may be required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
May be required to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 25 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the workday.
