Corporate Tax & Regulatory Reporting Director

Corporate Finance Division

As a full time, exempt Corporate Tax & Regulatory Reporting Director with Comprehensive Pharmacy Services (CPS), you will be a vital part of the CPS Finance team, supporting the CFO in meeting the needs of our growing organization. Primary responsibilities include:

Preparing monthly tax accrual, working with external tax preparers on quarterly estimates, annual provision

and forecasting.

Assisting external tax preparers by providing data and completing forms as needed, mailing returns, tracking refunds due, and responding to tax notices received

Preparing periodic Sales tax, B&O tax returns, and Annual Reports

Reviewing new contracts to determine what taxes and business licenses are applicable and set up accounts with state and local entities as needed

Working with payroll department to set up state and local payroll tax accounts as needed

Monthly financial reporting

Daily cash reporting

Initiation of bank transactions

General Ledger account reconciliations

Work with Accounting to maintain tax basis Fixed Asset ledgers, prepare annual property tax returns

Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

MBA or CPA/CMA preferred

International Tax experience preferred

Minimum 10 years of previous work history in a multi-state tax environment

Previous experience with local, state, and federal income taxes

Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications, primarily Excel

Experience using the following:

- Microsoft Great Plains Dynamics

- General Ledger software

- Management Reporter or FRx

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Possess the ability to interface successfully with all levels of management
