Job Function:

You effectively and efficiently plan, budget and follow up

on the financial side of the FM scope. You support procurement and contract

management to contribute to commercially attractive, well preforming and safe

stores to secure the expected lifetime of the store. In addition, you also

contribute to the sustainability goals and you do all this to find the lowest long-term

Acting as a leader with strong knowledge-based approach.

You ensure you have the Best teams from a facility perspective and support

their development. You work with succession planning, talent and leadership

development & structure performance management for your analysts on result,

values and leadership.

Actively coach and develop. Monitor, evaluate, manage and

develop the performance: execute dialogue, development plans and follow up and

take action accordingly.

Actively work with talent and leadership development with team

to support business needs.

Oversee and manage appropriate recruitment, training and

onboarding to secure succession plans.


Monitor, analyses, follow up and controls the efficiencies

of facility running cost, capital cost and small construction projects.

Set FM budget and forecast processes in the Country/Market

together with the Country Controller, Country Facility Manager and

Region/District Facility Managers and play a key role in the development of the

budget and forecasts ensuring they are based on agreed requirements and

long-term strategy for the function.

Ensure cost follow up supports Country Facility Manager

and Region/District Facility Managers to have the full picture of the total FM

cost including OPEX, reactive and scheduled costs, and CAPEX, FM20s and

reactive CAPEX.

Act as a finance business partner to the FM organization

in your Country/Market supporting the Country Facility Manager and the

Region/District Facility Managers to identify opportunities to optimize

requirements, improve the balance between cost and quality and enhance energy



Support the Country Facility Manager to plan and drive

procurement processes for Country/Market FM contracts ensuring that they are

aligned with the agreed FM Service scope, they maximize positive impact and

minimize negative impact and that they are in accordance to guidelines.

Support the Country Facility Manager to develop KPIs to

measure performance of our Service Providers, provide feedback and set

expectations for future contracts.

Support the Country Facility Manager to establish

processes to ensure contractual compliance for Service Providers and Landlords

including governance structure.

Be the go-to person in your Country/Market when it comes

to FM procurement and contract management guidelines and secure strong local

knowledge of the Global FM procurement guidelines and key FM procurement and

contract management processes.

Support Country Facility Manager to set Country/Market

Requirements for the FM Services together with relevant internal Country/Market

Stakeholders based on the

Support the Country Facility Manager to establish

processes to monitor, follow up and evaluate cost, quality, energy performance

on Country/Market level using the global FM KPIs.

Support the Country Facility Manager to develop a business

case mind-set for the FM Organization challenging the function to build strong

business case and ultimately secure best business decisions in terms of cost,

quality and time.

Support the Country Facility Manager to safeguard

Scorecard planning, execution, and most importantly, to follow up on results

and set actions to secure the achievement of the country requirements

Identify and share best practices & learnings within

the Country/Market FM organization and other relevant Internal Country/Market




Analyze and reports on a budget of approximately $130


Creates and follows up on reports on budget for

departmental staff and expenses


Candidate Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and/or 3-5 years of equivalent

experience in Project Management and Finance.

5-7 years of Project Management experience

2 years’ experience in accounting and finance as a

controller or assistant controller


Proficient in MS Office, advance skills with excel

Thorough, organized, and detailed-oriented

Ability to prioritize and follow up on various projects

Good stress resistance and capability to work in a fast

pace environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proven excellent in the bidding and negotiation process

Must have up-to-date knowledge and understanding of

accounting and finance practice

Ability to analyze and balance business need and cost


Ability to protect confident information
