Mobility Tax Senior Manager – Human Capital Services
Grant Thornton’s responsive, partner-led Tax service teams help

Grant Thornton LLP seeks a Global Mobility Tax Senior Manager -
Human Capital Services. The Global Mobility Tax Senior Manager will serve as a
regional subject matter practice leader and will procure, develop, and complete
global mobility consulting engagements, focus on assisting our tax/consulting
professionals and clients with a variety of employee payroll, and global
mobility tax related issues, including those arising from recent legislation
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Address, research, and consult on complex technical issues
specific to employee payroll, compensation/executive compensation, benefits,
global mobility taxes, etc. and consult and prepare related written
communications.Provide timely and creative response to complex technical
inquiries from operating offices.Facilitate and conduct firm-wide training and communications
relating to global mobility matters.Monitor technical developments and write articles for
publication in the firms’ “Hot Topics” newsletter.Provide thought leadership in the business and tax communityWork closely with partners, managers, and staff to integrate practice
development and client service.Manage, coach, and motivate staff to achieve goals for
performance and professional development.Other
duties as assigned.','!*!Bachelor’s
degree in a related subject area.Licensed CPA or Attorney designation is required. Minimum
of twelve years of experience in global mobility tax matters, employee payroll,
benefits and/or compensation, preferably with a large accounting firm or major
to manage competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive,
results-based team environment.Outstanding
leadership, business development, recruiting, training, coaching and mentoring
skills, coupled with excellent written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Computer
expertise including knowledge of applicable tax software and technology.
Preferred Skills and Experience
degree and/or professional certification preferred.
