Role Summary:

Baker Hughes, a GE company is currently hiring a ALS Manufacturing Finance Leader based in Claremore, Oklahoma.

Essential Responsibilities:

Manage monthly and quarterly financial reporting and analysis. This will include financial performance reporting and assessment, over/under liquidation, direct labor and overhead analysis, inventory reporting, etc.

Drive more cost-efficient supply chain business operations. Support the development of supply chain efficiency tools and analytics for key cost components, sourcing initiatives and inventory.

Develop and implement working capital plan and operating reviews consisting of changes in inventory management to increase free cash flow.

Prepare and develop short- and long-term plans, monthly, quarterly and annual goals; drive performance assessment rhythms; partner in defining and driving actions to meet organization goals.

Partner with operational leaders in streamlining inventory and fulfilment processes: drive visibility of manufacturing demand, raw material purchases monitoring, inflation measurement, on-time shipments.

Develop and drive reporting of capital expenditures and own return on investment assessment for Supply Chain asset utilization, spend measurement, return of capital expenditures.

Own the financial oversight of accuracy of inventory balances and inventory controls, plant audit reviews and follow up on issues as necessary.


Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration and/or accounting

8 years of related finance experience

3 years of experience managing supply chain finance in a global manufacturing company

Ability to manage, develop, coach and mentor complex global teams

Excellent leadership, strong interpersonal, influencing and planning skills

Ability to interact with all levels of management

Demonstrated ability to work in a global matrix organization

Strong presentation skills required, with ability to effectively facilitate meetings and present information to senior management

Ability to promote a culture of collaboration and teamwork across regions, functions, geographies, external parties

Systems experience: SAP or Oracle (Hyperion) (preferred)
