\u003cp\u003eThe Manager, Treasury will be part of the corporate finance organization of the company with responsibility for cash and liquidity management, cash and working capital forecasting and reporting, and bank relationship management.\u0026nbsp; This position will interact with various internal and external stakeholder groups across a variety of business segments and functions, and will work with each to resolve issues, capture opportunity and drive value-added change.\u003c/p\u003e

\u003cli\u003eEffectively support and coordinate treasury and cash management, forecasting and liquidity planning activities with various internal and external stakeholders\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003ePrepare financial models to support potential financing or cash management activity including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow projections\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eMaintain cash and working capital forecasts recommending cash management strategies\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eLead implementation and development projects to update key processes related to Treasury\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eUnderstand key drivers in the ethanol and agribusiness markets and synthesize information into liquidity decision making, forecasting, and financial planning\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eDevelop and implement strategies and controls to maximize efficiencies and cost savings while safeguarding company assets\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eComplete borrowing bases, covenant compliance, and other reporting agreements related to borrowings\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eOversee daily cash management functions, including day to day operational liquidity planning, monitoring and execution\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eSupport month end accounting activity related to treasury\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eProvide analysis and presentations for executive management to support various company initiatives and strategies\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eOther duties as assigned\u003cstrong\u003e\u003c/strong\u003e\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eBachelor\u0026rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eMinimum five years combined experience in treasury, cash management, banking or corporate finance\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAdvanced analytical, mathematical and spreadsheet financial modeling skills\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eExperience with Treasury systems, bank software\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eStrong attention to detail, accuracy and deadlines\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eExperience building cash forecasting and liquidity management models\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eExperience in working with financial institutions, clients and vendors\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eExcellent interpersonal and presentation skills\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eExcellent written and oral communication skills\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAbility to foster teamwork \u0026ndash; work cooperatively and effectively with others to resolve problems and make effective decisions\u003c/li\u003e
