Actuary Accounting Jobs
An actuary accounting person calculates the amounts of contribution one should make periodically to a pension fund, an insurance policy or a health benefits plan. Typical duties of an actuarial accountant include accounting and reporting for the insurance, health plans, pension plans, ensuring that journal entries are properly processed and sub-ledgers are well-maintained, assisting in the preparation and review of annual statements, preparing and reviewing balance sheet account reconciliations, acting as point of contact for reinsurance contracts, and assisting in monthly or quarterly closing.
